How is your filter system structured?
We rely on tried-and-tested multi-chamber filter systems, for example the TRIPOND Centre-Vortex. The principle is always the same: pump shaft, bottom drain, skimmer, multi-chamber filter, pump, and UV clarifier work as a coordinated system — no complicated technology, no elaborate control, installation according to clear and always the same instructions. We only need the key data from you — pond volume, fish stock, location — and will compile the suitable component overview for you.
I'm not a pond specialist – how do I proceed?
Simply put: you call us or send us the key details of the project – pond size, planned fish stock, location. We'll take care of the rest. We will design the system, assemble the components, and support you throughout the entire project. Many of our landscaping clients build one or two ponds a year – we are their go-to contact for everything related to water.
Can I also order small quantities or individual parts?
Yes. If a screw is missing on the building site or sealant needs to be reordered, we can supply small quantities as well. No minimum order value for ongoing projects.

How does the warranty process work?
Upon request, we will handle warranty and repair claims directly with your end customer. In the event of equipment failure, we will provide a loan or replacement unit if necessary to ensure the plant's operation is not interrupted.
